David Cameron to call for vote on Juncker appointment

The former Conservative Defence Secretary, Liam Fox, has told the BBC the possibility of the UK leaving the EU "holds no fear" for him.

He also said he backed David Cameron's opposition to the former prime minister of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker becoming the next president of the EU Commission.

Mr Cameron wants to force an unprecedented vote on the issue this week.
