Difficult problems: Social care, Lords reform and drugs

The government may wish it had a "too difficult" box for issues including immigration, banking and climate change.

And former Home Secretary Charles Clarke has examined some of these in a new political book.

Daily Politics reporter Eleanor Garnier asked politicians about what can be done about social care, House of Lords reform and drugs.
