Guide to Piketty book: Capital in the 21st Century

A 640-page tome on capitalism and increasing inequality has been sitting at the top of the bestsellers' list, and while some people may have actually read it, the Daily Politics offers its own summary.

Adam Fleming aims to explain why "R is greater than G" in French philosopher Thomas Piketty's Capital in the 21st Century, with help from Mathew Lawrence of the left-leaning Institute for Public Policy Research think tank.
