PMQs: Miliband accuses Cameron of rent plan U-Turn

Ed Miliband has urged the prime minister to adopt Labour's plans for tenancies and rent increase controls.

David Cameron said they could work together in some areas, but proposals for rent controls tried in other parts of the world have proved to be a "very bad idea".

The Labour leader accused him a "pretty quick U-turn", before the prime minister quoted Labour MPs criticising their party's plans.
