Local council elections: Cameron launches campaign

David Cameron has launched the Conservatives local election campaign.

He spoke about the "great British recovery" which he said would be put at risk by voting for other parties.

With the European elections at the same time, he used the launch to re-affirm the Tories commitment to offering an in-out referendum of EU membership.
