Zero-hours contract plan unveiled by Labour leader

Ed Miliband has taken Labour's shadow cabinet to Glasgow to enter into the debate over Scottish independence.

Mr Miliband used the visit to unveil his commitment for workers to have their zero-hours contracts turned into proper contracted jobs after a year.
