Conservative MPs have been given a new code of conduct setting out guidelines on how they should treat their staff.
It follows allegations of bullying and abuse made by some researchers and office staff.
The new code of conduct - which is voluntary - says staff should be able to work in an environment "free from discrimination, victimisation and harassment".
BBC political correspondent Vicki Young reports.
