PMQs; Miliband on Cameron 'terrible error of judgment'

Ed Miliband accused the prime minister of a "terrible error of judgment" for his handling of Maria Miller's expenses after her "perfunctory and inadequate" apology to MPs.

But David Cameron teased Mr Miliband for only calling for the culture secretary's resignation after she had gone.

He also accused the Labour leader of jumping on a "political bandwagon... after the whole circus has left town".
