Cameron: Tax changes make Britain 'best place to invest'

5 April 2014 Last updated at 13:45 BST

David Cameron has written to more than a million businesses and charities to urge them to check if they are entitled to a £2,000 National Insurance break.

He called for them to "keep more of what you earn, grow, invest" during a speech to Conservative activists at the party's Spring Forum in London.

Mr Cameron said a series of changes introduced by the government had made Britain "the best place to invest anywhere in the world."
