PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on energy prices and Budget

Ed Miliband and David Cameron clashed on energy prices and policies as they traded statistics at Prime Minister's Questions.

The Labour leader asked why the prime minister was welcoming the freeze now when he was not keen on such a plan six months ago.

Mr Cameron said that bills were being cut under his government.
