David Cameron on NHS pay: A difficult decision, but the right one

NHS staff have been told they will get a below-inflation 1% pay rise next year but only if they are not due to get an annual "progression pay" increase.

400 top NHS managers will not get either a progression or pay rise.

Prime Minister David Cameron said it was a difficult decision, but the right one.
