Cameron guarantees EU referendum with Conservatives

The Prime Minster has said that there will not be an in-out referendum on Europe if there is a Labour government in power.

Speaking during a trip to Israel, David Cameron said that the only way to get a proper renegotiation of Britain's position in Europe, would be to have the Conservatives in government.
