Free school meals 'gimmick' claim rejected

A former government advisor says the plan to bring in free school meals for five-year-olds is a "bad gimmick".

Dominic Cummings told the BBC that many schools would not be able to cope and implementing it would lead to chaos.

Schools minister David Laws dismissed the claims as "complete and utter nonsense".
