Universal Credit: Iain Duncan Smith and welfare changes

The work and pensions secretary has started the biggest overhaul of the UK's welfare state since it was brought in.

Iain Duncan Smith is on a moral mission to reverse the previous welfare system that he believed did not create enough incentive for people to work.

In a Sunday Politics film, Adam Fleming examines whether the changes are working, and how they are being judged by supporters and critics.
