John Bercow: MPs' behaviour should improve in Commons

Prime Minister's Questions is a weekly bout of name-calling, jeering, finger-pointing and other juvenile behaviour.

Now the Speaker John Bercow says he has written to party leaders asking them to tell MPs to tone things down.

The Spectator's Isabel Hardman looks at whether behaviour in the House of Commons should be less rowdy, for BBC Newsnight.
