PMQs: Cameron says Police Federation in need of reform

The Police Federation was "clearly an organisation in need of reform" said the prime minister who told the House of Commons about meeting its new head who he said "wanted to act".

David Cameron was answering a question at PMQs about the culture of the association, which represents rank-and-file officers, after some of its members were linked to the Plebgate incident around Andrew Mitchell.
