Labour 'would end cheap wages loophole,' says Miliband

5 January 2014 Last updated at 14:43 GMT

Ed Miliband has said he will close a loophole used to undercut wages and exploit foreign and agency workers, should Labour win the 2015 general election.

Mr Miliband said the law was "being misused" to help undercut the wages of local workers.

"You can't, on a long-term basis, pay agency workers significantly less than non-agency staff," he added.
