Universal Credit delay questions for Iain Duncan Smith

MPs challenged the work and pensions secretary about delays and the cost of writing-off investment in software development for the new all-in-one benefit payment.

Labour's Glenda Jackson was among those with questions about Universal Credit when Iain Duncan Smith appeared before the Work and Pensions Select Committee.
