PMQs: Landale on Nick Clegg and Harriet Harman clashes

The BBC's deputy editor reviewed PMQs clashes between Nick Clegg and Harriet Harman over fuel bills, economic plans and the spare room subsidy.

James Landale went over the exchanges between the pair - while David Cameron was in China - with Labour's Angela Eagle, Conservative Mark Hoban, and Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil.
