PMQs: Clegg and Harman on energy and economic plans

The deputy prime minister and Labour's deputy leader clashed on fuel bills, economic policies, the spare room subsidy and links to unions, as they battled at PMQs in the absence of David Cameron who was in China.

Harriet Harman claimed Nick Clegg did not answer her question, but he teased her by responding: "I know her piece of paper said I didn't answer the question, but I did actually answer it."
