PMQs: Cameron and Wishart on Scottish independence

The SNP's Pete Wishart has told David Cameron to "stop being pathetic" and to debate the Scottish independence issues with First Minister Alex Salmond.

In an exchange during Prime Minister's Questions, David Cameron said it was a "debate between people in Scotland", and not between the UK prime minister and Scottish first minister.
