PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on Major and power bills

23 October 2013 Last updated at 13:32 BST

Ed Miliband quoted a reply from the prime minister at last week's PMQs about Labour's plan for an energy price freeze which David Cameron said was the policy of someone living in a "Marxist universe".

The pair clashed on energy policies, green levies, and what to do about bills during PMQs, where David Cameron called Sir John a "good man", but claimed the Labour leader was acting like a "conman".
