David Cameron rules out Conservative pact with UKIP

Prime Minister David Cameron has ruled out the possibility of the Conservative party forming a pact with UKIP.

While admitting it has been "a tough three years", Mr Cameron said the government is "on the right track".

He said: "I think people are beginning to see these difficult decisions are beginning to pay off and the country's coming through it."
