Falkirk row: Ed Miliband to 'mend' Labour's union links

Labour leader Ed Miliband has promised to "mend, not end" his party's relationship with the unions.

It follows a public row with the Unite union about the procedure for choosing a candidate to stand in the Falkirk constituency.

Mr Miliband is due make a major speech on the subject this week.
