Harman: Spending cap on selections

Labour Deputy Leader Harriet Harman has said there will be further reforms, including a cap on spending, to the party's candidate selection process.
Her comments follow the party's argument with the Unite union over candidate selections, emanating from accusations the Unite union skewed the process of selection for a Labour candidate in the upcoming Falkirk by-election.
Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, Ms Harman said the party wanted to "open up" the process so that large amounts of private or union money were not pre-requisites for an individual wishing to stand.
