Stephen Lawrence: Shaun Bailey calls for police inquiry

Police must open up to a judge-led inquiry, says the government's community and youth engagement champion after allegations from a former undercover police officer allegedly tasked to find dirt on Stephen Lawrence's family.

Shaun Bailey, a former Conservative candidate who advised David Cameron on crime and youth, said the revelations can only be damaging to the police and must be heard in public in his personal film for This Week.
