David Cameron: Conservatives fighting 'battle for Britain'

Help

David Cameron has sought to reassure grassroot Conservatives about the party's direction, after last month's Eastleigh by-election in which the Tory candidate came third.

He said the Conservatives were engaged in a "battle for Britain's future".
