Bank Of England hints at negative interest rates

It is the fourth anniversary of UK interest rates falling to their record low of 0.5% which has offered mixed news: bad for savers, but good for those borrowing money.

Giles Dilnot explained the talk behind negative interest rates and what it could mean for those with mortgages, debts and savings.
