Jo Swinson asked about Lord Rennard claims
Liberal Democrat minister Jo Swinson, to whom some of the complaints were made about the alleged inappropriate behaviour of former Lib Dem chief executive Lord Rennard, would not be drawn on the issue during an interview with Robin Brant.
She said "I think to be fair, I have already made a statement on that matter" and said she did not want comment further ahead of the review "out of respect for the women".
Ms Swinson issued a statement after the initial Channel 4 broadcast of the allegations, which Lord Rennard denies, saying she "took action" after the complaints were made to to her. She did not specify what form that action took.
