PMQs: Blears asks Cameron about 'soaring energy bills'

Former Labour cabinet minister Hazel Blears accused the prime minister of standing by while people faced "soaring energy bills" of more than £1,400 a year, as she asked him about a previous promise on energy bills.

David Cameron said the government was "legislating to put people on to the lowest tariffs" and called on her to vote for the bill.
