Eastleigh voter quizzes Lib Dem candidate Mike Thornton over Lord Rennard row
The Liberal Democrat candidate in the Eastleigh by-election Mike Thornton has been challenged in the street over allegations that the Party's former Chief Executive sexually harassed women.
Lord Rennard refutes the allegations and is promising to co-operate with what he calls "any properly constituted inquiry".
The BBC's political correspondent Norman Smith describes how the encounter with a former policeman risked undermining the party's campaigning in the key marginal constituency.
