Culture at Lib Dems 'intolerable' says former activist
An ex-Lib Dem activist who accused the Party's former chief executive Lord Rennard of inappropriate behaviour, has said the culture in the Lib Dems was intolerable.
Alison Smith said she told Lib Dem officials about the inappropriate behaviour in 2007, but no action was taken.
She told BBC Newsnight the culture in the Party was "intolerable" and that it "was going beyond a pat on the knee".
A number of women have accused Lord Rennard of sexually inappropriate behaviour. He has denied the allegations.
Allegra Stratton reports.
