Cameron warns EU on budget deal

David Cameron has arrived in Brussels to meet European leaders to try to reach agreement on the EU budget for 2014 to 2020.

Britain and Germany are among countries that want further reductions in spending, but some countries, including France and Italy, want to maintain it.

Mr Cameron warned that the European Union should not be immune from making efficiencies.
