Journalist Mary Ann Sieghart tried to muscle in on Michael Portillo's act as This Week's railway correspondent, when she took a ride back through the Westminster week.

Her review included the announcement of the detailed route for the HS2 line onwards from Birmingham to Leeds and Manchester - and a ride on a London Underground train by two royals.
