UK Prime Minister David Cameron is co-chairing a high-level UN meeting while in Liberia, on the final leg of his Africa trip.

The group is discussing new targets to replace the Millennium Development Goals to end poverty, which expire in 2015.

Ahead of the meeting, Mr Cameron said it was important to focus on not only "eradicating extreme poverty", but on the conditions which are keeping countries poor.
