Women in Parliament: quota call for more female MPs

Women make up one in five Members of Parliament, but there are conflicting calls on how to improve that figure and whether quotas are a good idea.

Susana Mendonca spoke to Labour Parliamentary candidate Suzy Stride, financial analyst Louise Cooper and journalist Cristina Odone on moves to help women smash through the so-called glass ceiling.
