GDP figures: Labour's Chris Leslie on UK economy

Borrowing has been going up and the deficit was not being cut as the government claimed, said Labour's Shadow Treasury spokesman.

Chris Leslie said there was no "engine of economic growth" and he claimed coalition plans were "cowardly" as he spoke to Andrew Neil about figures out showing the UK economy shrank by 0.3% in the last three months of 2012,
