Horsemeat failings may prompt criminal prosecutions
The government has said that there may be criminal prosecutions over the discovery of traces of horsemeat in beefburgers sold be several supermarkets in Britain and Ireland.
The Food Minister David Heath was answering an urgent question on food labelling in the Commons.
