Conservative group in 'fresh start' call on Europe

A group of Conservative backbenchers calling themselves Fresh Start is publishing a manifesto calling for a substantial return of powers to the UK from the European Union.

Its comes ahead of Prime Minister David Cameron's long-awaited speech on the UK and Europe on Friday.

As Gavin Hewitt reports, any new settlement depends on the response of other EU member states.
