Conservative Fresh Start: Andrea Leadsom on EU powers

Conservatives looking for a new deal with EU "want a better settlement for Britain" said the chair of the Fresh Start Group.

Andrew Leadsom MP claimed "we are not on our own by any means" and other nations were also looking at their EU relations.

She explained the Fresh Start group of 100 Tory MPs want to stay in the EU, but also want a return of some powers back to Westminster from Brussels.
