Date set for David Cameron's Europe speech


Prime Minister David Cameron's long-awaited speech on the UK and Europe will take place on Friday.

He is expected to announce plans for a future referendum on Britain's relationship with the EU.

The speech in being billed as the biggest British statement on European policy since Margaret Thatcher's landmark address in Bruges 25 years ago.
