Aberdeen beggars and plans to outlaw street begging

Aberdeen is one of Scotland's wealthiest cities but its leaders do not take too kindly to some of its poorest inhabitants begging on the streets.

The city council wants to ban them but the proposal is not popular with everyone, Kevin Keane reports.
