Data bill: Lib Dem Julian Huppert on opposition

The Liberal Democrats have been setting out their opposition to a bill that will give police and intelligence services new powers to monitor people's email and internet use.

The party's home affairs spokesman Julian Huppert spoke to BBC Breakfast and explained why the party is opposed to the measures.
