Clegg opposes web-monitoring bill
Government plans to give police and intelligence services new powers to monitor email and internet use need a "fundamental rethink", Nick Clegg says.
The deputy PM said he would block the draft Communications Data Bill and push for plans that got "the balance between security and liberty right".
