Sacking staff should be made easier says UKIP leader
UKIP's leader has said the coalition should review employment legislation and introduce proposals to make it easier for small firms to sack under-performing staff.
Nigel Farage says the move would help boost economic growth, cut the costs of employment tribunals and persuade businesses to "take on young school leavers".
