Ever since Elvis Presley pulled on a pair of blue suede shoes there has been a vital, and much overlooked connection between footwear and music, but how did Clarks shoes, best known as the back-to-school staple for the children of Britain, become the must-have brand for Jamaica's reggae and rap stars?
