Cameron congratulates Obama on US election victory

Prime Minister David Cameron has sent his congratulations to Barack Obama following his re-election as US President.

Speaking during a tour of the Middle East, he said he was looking forward to working with President Obama, and that discussing the situation in Syria was a priority.
