David Miliband: Labour 'repositioning' over Europe

Labour's support for a cut in the European Union budget shows the party is "repositioning" itself over Europe, David Miliband has said.

The former foreign secretary told the Question Time audience his party had not become "anti-Europe", but was no longer "soft-headed" in equating extra spending with effectiveness.
