PMQs: Cameron threatens veto on EU budget talks
David Cameron said he was "taking the toughest line" in EU budget negotiations of any past or present UK government and was "quite prepared to use the veto".
The prime minister accused Labour of giving away half the rebate and claimed "they sent the budget through the roof" when asked about Europe talks by Conservative MP Andrew Stephenson.
