Hill farmers struggle with food bills after wet summer
The wet summer has devastated fodder crops leaving hill farmers with huge bills to buy extra animal feed.
An Oxfam report claims some upland farmers are going hungry so they can ensure they have enough money to feed their livestock, with food parcels being given to some farmers.
